Free Shipping Policy 

Shipping Policy Terms and Conditions:

HeartSafe America offers free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more within the Continental United States; the shipping method on orders of $100.00 or more will receive free ground shipping by UPS or FedEx Ground. The customer can upgrade to overnight, 2nd day air, or 3-day select for an additional fee.  The shipping charges will be based on the weight and how many packages needed to delivery the customer's order.

HeartSafe America cannot ship an AED (per FDA regulations) outside of the United States.  HeartSafe America can ship AED accessories and training equipment outside of the United States.  International shipping rates will be assessed and provided to customer prior to completion of the sale. The shipping costs will be based on the weight, number of packages, and destination of the package to be shipped.  HeartSafe America will not be responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred during shipment.

If customer would like to have insurance on the shipment, he or she must contact HeartSafe America prior to the order's shiptment to obtain the costs for the insurance rates.
